Excellent service and staff. Little to no wait times, courteous & helpful front desk, and Dr Hashmi was thorough and explained everything clearly. I like that the portal is user friendly and notes are quickly available for my review. I’ve been to this office 3 times now, and my appointment was actually at the time it was scheduled each time. The efficiency and customer service here are almost unbelievable! I would give more stars if I could!
The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient! Check in process was quick and simple. I was early for my appt but was promptly called in to be seen. Dr Jamali was very professional as well as his staff members. I do not hesitate to recommend him and his office !
I love Dr. Jamali and his staff. He’s a very proactive doctor but he doesn’t go overboard. He explains things where I can understand what’s going on with my body. I’d highly recommend him!
Dr Jamali is always so thorough, listens to my concerns, and gives sound advice. Julie is amazing; she is the best in getting my infusions started. She’s also friendly and always makes me feel comfortable. Tori (sp) is caring and she always lends a compassionate ear.
Dr Jamali was very kind and empathetic to my issue. Still unsure of what’s causing but feel like he’s trying to figure it out. Only issue is the long wait for my first appointment and have to wait again almost 3 weeks for a procedure. But I believe he will figure it out!
My husband went for a consultation. Everyone in the office were great. Dr. Jamaili was so nice and took his time explaining everything. Highly recommend.
Excellent service from check-in at the reception. Staff very friendly. Dr Jamali absolutely professional and knowledgeable. Next appointment ready for next visit before leaving the center. Definitely they care about the patients.
The staff was super friendly. I was seen on time. The doctor has great patient customer service & his extremely knowledgeable. He is out of network for me but I won’t let that bother me. AWESOME
Dr Jamali and his office staff are FABULOUS!!! They truly CARE about their patients. I’ve never felt like I was “just another file” with them!!! Very professional and very kind!!!
I have been going to Dr Jamali for a while now. He is very professional and always very thorough in explaining everything that will happen in your visit. The support staff is awesome as well.
